Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Suggest ways to improve sales, providing marketing department with real time feedback

Customer service

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Perform timely follow up

Inventory management

• Running periodical physical stock inventory
• Supervising correct pricing of the items
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas that all items are in a good condition and working
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years' sales experience in high end Boutique (Jewellery & Watches)
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Experience in luxury retail, watches and Jewellery
• Precious stones knowledge
• Understanding of mechanical watches
• Established clientele database in Abu Dhabi
