Arya Gold Jewellery Job: Back Office Executive at Arya gold -Jewellery Manufacturer and Supplier
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of order processing including verifying customer information, tracking order statuses, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage orders and customer information.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales trends and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry into order management system.
• Develop processes for streamlining order management operations.
Requirement:
• Software Updating
• Good Knowledge of jewellery
• Order department to speak with customer
• & customer order maintained in software.
• Basic computer, Excel work
• paper work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience: Computer Knowledge 1 year (Preferred)
