Arya Gold Jobs: Production Manager - Gold Bangles at Arya gold -Jewellery Manufacturer and Supplier

Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the bangle production line, including planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing processes.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process, conducting regular checks and coordinating with the quality assurance team.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high morale.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure smooth operation and minimize wastage.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse team.
• Knowledge of Gold Purity, Melting and Loss Control
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards specific to jewelry manufacturing.
