Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Merchandising, or related field.
• Proven experience in jewelry design and merchandising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful collections.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
