Responsibilities: 

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
- Offer advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
- Process sales quickly and accurately according to established procedures
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell additional products or services whenever possible
- Ensure the counter area is kept clean and organized

Requirements: 

- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in retail sales 
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills 
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite

- For Freshers, having fluent communication and interest in Retail Sales is a must
