Job Description

• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
• Handling petty Cash Records.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
• Knowledge about Central Excise Vat. This Vat is Exempted in Manufacturing Units.
• Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
• Finalization of Accounts, Statements, Debtors Controls , Buffers, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
• Tally ERP

Requirements:

• Male Candidates preferred
• Age: below 35 years
• Education: B.Com/M.Com
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office and Tally
• Must be well versed with accounts and statutory knowledge
• Atleast 3-5 years of experience as Accounts manager/executive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Languages known: English/Tamil.

Timings: 9:30am to 10 pm
