Bhima Jewellery Job: Sr Retail Sales Executive at Bhima Jewellery Private Limited

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers to the right jewellery section as required.
• Provide accurate information to customers 
• Stay up-to-date with new products designs and new trends in market.
• Answer Customers questions about specific products and services.
• Handle the all level customers independently and to clear their doubts.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Taking care of customers by organising chairs and refreshments.
• Liaise with store manager for discounts and other offer provided by the company.
• Able to communicate effectively with regular and new customers.
• Coordinate with required internal teams.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Must be able to work in Day shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Train and help the junior sales executives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales executive 
• Education: Any Degree is fine
• Male or female candidate can apply
• Basic Computer knowledge required.
• Should have pleasing personality.
• Should have good product knowledge.
• Languages: Tamil and English and Other

Timings: 9:30am to Closing
