Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients, focusing on selling our high-end jewellery to other businesses and retailers.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a B2B sales executive or relevant role in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales; self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
