Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals, focusing on productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee the entire production process, from design to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating materials costs and ensuring timely procurement of high-quality materials.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the craftsmanship standards Bikaneri Jewels is known for.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the factory operations. Ensure cost-effective resource allocation and expense management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all factory operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a management role within the jewelry manufacturing industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and operational improvement.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and materials procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
