Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash and card payments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to effectively promote our jewellery collection.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Additional language proficiency will be an advantage.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
