Responsibilities

Sales: Key Activities/Elements-

•  Responsible to achieve the branch sales target which is being assigned by the organization. 
• Responsible to communicate the individual target to all the employees in such a manner that business linearity is being maintained.
• Responsible to communicate and take approval from the management on the sales plan / strategy to achieve the sales target.
• Responsible to achieve the target on BCS & BDD of the entire branch. 
• Ensure not more than 5% of Bishi accounts are closed at the year end. 
• Responsible to increase the diamond sales and achieve the carat sales target as assigned by the management. 
• Responsible to create analysis and various reports as required by the management. 

Skills

• Education level and/or relevant experience(s)- Graduate in any stream. 
• 10 - 12 years of experience in the relevant field and role.
• Good Communication skills. 
• Knowledge of company’s product. 
• Ability to develop relationships with customers, associates and management.

Location: Hadapsar

 Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience in Retail and Jewellery Industry required.
