DIA Precious Jewellery job: Luxury Retail Sales - Mumbai at DIA Precious Jewellery Private Limited

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information and advice on our jewellery collections.
• Process sales transactions and arrange special orders as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Manage display and merchandising of jewellery pieces.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-ups to ensure satisfaction with purchases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewellery or high-end fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Passionate about jewellery and providing high-quality customer service.
