Key Responsibilities:

• Watch Repair: Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble mechanical and quartz watches to ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnosis: Identify issues and malfunctions in watches, including movement, dial, hands, and case, and recommend necessary repairs.
• Parts Replacement: Order, select, and replace damaged or worn watch parts, such as movements, springs, crystals, and crowns.
• Quality Control: Thoroughly test and calibrate watches to ensure they meet accuracy standards and function correctly.
• Restoration: Restore vintage and antique watches to their original condition, preserving their historical value.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of watch repairs, parts used, and customer communication.
• Customer Interaction: Provide expert advice and explanations to customers regarding watch repairs and maintenance.
• Continual Learning: Stay updated on advancements in watchmaking technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Watchmaker with a focus on both mechanical and quartz movements.
• Extensive knowledge of watch mechanisms, tools, and repair techniques.
• Attention to detail and precision in handling delicate watch components.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
