Euroshine Jewellery Job: Product Development Executive at Euroshine Jewellery Works Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize new product lines.
• Oversee the product development process from conceptualization to execution.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new products.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align product development with business strategies.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process.
• Manage timelines and budgets for product development projects.
• Making CAD Technical Sheets & Supervising STL Files in a sequential manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Jewelry Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excel, EMR, Project Management Software, Time Line Following Software, Any AI which could be useful of the same
