3. Ensuring the making of all the samples as per customer requirements and specifications and the given parameters, he should also be able to overcome the challenges with respect to mass production point of view.
4. Conduct research to identify new products / processes.
5. Data Analysis – should be good with numbers and be able to make sense with large amount of data in order to keep an eye on the trend & take the best decisions on the basis of the maintained data.
