Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the production process, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, including timely submission of reports and audits.
• Coordination: Work closely with the production team to align financial planning with production schedules and targets.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or jewelry industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
