Ganjam Jewellers Job: Female Personal Assistant at Ganjam Jewellers Private Limited

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Respond to emails and telephone calls on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Managing Director.
• Arrange and organize domestic and international travel for the Managing Director.
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Coordinate office activities, including ordering supplies and arranging for maintenance.
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and respond to their inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant in a senior management role
• Must have fluency in English,Kannada
• Possessing the Company Secretaryship course or degree is preferred
• Previous experience working in Jewelry or other Manufacturing sector preferred
Note: Initial few months, PA has to work with MD from his home office (due to his health ailments)
Interview Process:
• HR Round
• Technical In Person Rounds
Monday to Saturday (All) working 10am-7pm.
Flexibility in Saturday hours possible.
