Gehna India Jewellery Job: Hiring E-commerce Executive at Gehna India Private Limited

Job Description
• Responsible for fetching orders from online ERP for our website - www. gehnaindia.com
• Ensuring products are packed in a proper fashion and timely dispatches are ensured.
• Generating manifests & and dispatch labels for the orders and handing them over to the courier team for timely dispatches.
• Maintaining a record of all orders, dispatches, and tracking • Follow up on pick-up disputes and address them in a timely manner
• Follow up on product returns and cancellations.
• Filling of order labels, invoices & and manifests for all the platforms.
• Coordinating with the production team on timelines & and delivery dates for orders.
• Maintain a stock of other warehouse inventory like stationery, and packaging material, and place orders well in advance.
• Share weekly reports with the operations team & and with the management.
Requirements
• Prior experience of working in the operation and packing team in e commerce preferred.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry would be an added advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.Other Details:
