Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, providing a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process payments.
• Display merchandise in a visually appealing manner.
• Continually develop product knowledge on all Gehna Jewellers' offerings.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events.
• Perform cleaning duties as necessary to maintain a neat and professional store appearance.
• Work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proficiency with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for jewellery and fashion.

Requirements:

• Atleast a graduate degree
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Speaks Hindi and Decent English
