Giva Jewellery Job: Fashion Stylist Bengaluru at GIVA - Modern Silver Jewellery

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers questions about specific products
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell and Up-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully and stocked (Coordinate with the Retail Team )
• Ensuring Aesthetic displaying the stock (Coordinate with the GIVA VM team)
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent
  customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Report customer feedback, Daily sales details, Daily Customer Walkin to the Team
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Act as a bridge between the offline stores and the corporate office
