Grown Diamond Jewellery Job: Female Executive Assistant at Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd

Job Description:

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners 

• Manage Directors calendars and set up meetings. 

• Creating a daily schedule for the Director based on meetings, tasks or other agendas. 

• Make travel and accommodation arrangements 

• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports 

• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory. 

• End-to-end vendor management for various types of services. 

• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner 

• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports 

• Support in maintenance of the equipment viz Gate Pass, Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, CCTV, Fire Fighting Equipment, Access Control, Attendance System, Printing of the letterhead, visiting cards, or any other relevant document. 

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence 

• Organize and maintain the office filing system. 

• Keep track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc. 

• Maintenance and procurement of stationery, housekeeping material. 

Location: BKC, Mumbai 

Workdays: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm 

Qualification & Competencies Required 

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role 

• Excellent MS Office knowledge 

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills 

• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) 

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 

• Discretion and confidentiality 

• Bachelor’s degree Mandatory. 

• PA diploma or certification is a plus
