Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the features and benefits of our jewelry
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals is preferred
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records
• Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak retail seasons
