Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and oversee the financial strategy, planning, and forecasts for the company, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Preparation of annual and monthly P & L
  • Taking care of taxation matters, all loan and subsidy related works
  • Taking care of physical stock and compare with software
  • Timely review of financial statements and required action when needed
  • Financial planning- taking care of the collection of money and its utilization
  • Stock verification at the end of the year
  • Taking care of all cash and bank transactions
  • Runtime internal audit and all legal matters
  • Routine problem shooting of accounts and logistics
  • Verify daily transactions and stock verification
  • The complete undertaking of ghb factory-related work- bank loan, overall accounting reporting, legal formalities, etc.
  • Other miscellaneous works
  • Accounting related reporting and query solutions of directors

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a finance role with at least 5 years in a senior management position
  • Proven track record of leading a finance department with comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive the finance team towards achieving excellence.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
