Responsibilities

• As the face of Karan Kothari Jewellery, you will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right gold  products for them
• You are also expected to be able to professionally work with customer complaints to ensure maximum client retention and satisfaction
• To be successful as a Sr Sales Executive, you are expected to achieve excellent customer service, stay up-to-date with product features, maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards, and consistently meet store sales goals
• Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors
• •Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire shopping experience at the retail branch.
• Assist with store merchandising and visual presentation
• Respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by  Karan Kothari Jewellery

Qualifications

•  Proven Jewellery retail sales, primarily with Gold
• Experience with customer service is very important
• Diploma/UG preferred, but will consider candidates with strong jewellery sales experience.
• GIA certification/in process of certification
