 Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective human resources strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall mission and objectives.
• Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with all employment laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics to track employee performance.
• Monitor performance reviews and analyze feedback for trends in employee development.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, taxes, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both electronic and paper form.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 
• 2+ years of experience
