Khwaahish Jewellery Job: Asst Purchase- Data Entry at Khwaahish Diamond Jewellery

Responsibilities

• Accurately feed and maintain stock data in the ERP system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Regularly reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient order fulfillment.
• Assist in tracking production schedules and updating relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any stock-related issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry/Production Executive or similar role.
• Proficient in using ERP software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of jewelry production processes (preferred but not required).
• 3 to 5 years experience in inventory management
• Prior experience working with softwares like Jilaba, Akshaya, Ornate, etc
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
