LKS Gold House Job: Merchandising Manager- Chennai at LKS Gold House Private Limited

Responsibilities

· Create memorable shopping experience with every customer you serve

· Gain product knowledge and become trained in the LKS Gold House selling standards

· Build and maintain a personal book of clients & build lifetime loyalty through customer outreach

· Focus on selling and promoting LKS  products in our stores

· Use Fast Seller Reports weekly to review LKS  Product Sales for all LKS gold house Products

· Reorder Product as needed to keep fast sellers in stock

· Order new seasonal Products as they become available

· Weekly review LKS Brochures & Packaging and Reorder as needed

· Work with Marketing team to coordinate for Product Promotions activities via Offline and Online

· Meet and Work with LKS Sales teams and Merchandiser periodically when visits to our stores are scheduled

· Manage inventory to be organized and well maintained.

· Complete LKS  Product inventories quarterly to balance inventory levels to see the LKS Gold house inventory is reconciled

· Be an active advocate of training programs for LKS staffs

· Train other Sales Associates in selling LKS Products and Promotions as needed

· Assist other Sales Associates in selling other Jewellery Product as needed

· Come up with creative ways to Gift Wrap LKS products during festival seasons

· Supervise part-time Sales Associates and Interns

· Have good computer skills in Word and Excel

· Be a role model and demonstrate proper selling techniques to Sales Reps.

· Utilize Social Media weekly to reach out and market to customers

· Understand product sales (KPI’s) and inventory purchasing levels

· Regularly Clientele our customers

· Maintain a growth mindset for the LKS Merchandising department

Ideal Candidate Experience:

· Experience in a retail setting of fashion jewellery or apparel/accessory industry.

· Excellent communication skills to listen to a customer’s needs and recommend appropriate merchandise and achieve assigned goals

· Excellent customer service

· Connect with customers through regular emails and social media

· Polished personal presentations

· Attention to details and have a strong interest towards Jewellery

· Outstanding work ethic and sense of integrity

Note: Merchandiser experience with Retail Jewellery background is preferred.
