Malabar Gold Jobs: Assistant Marketing Manager- Noida at Malabar Gold and Diamonds Private Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences in the city, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels (offline and online) and segments
• Develop and execute the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the management team and leveraging the right internal processes laid out by Malabar Gold Corporate office.
• Create, execute, and measure goals and KPIs to optimize brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement across channels.
• Well-versed with ATL and BTL activities.
• Oversee the external communications strategy (social, web, and email channels) including the development, implementation, and post-campaign reporting and analysis to drive improvements
• Identify opportunities to support the expansion of the Malabar Gold Brand and its footprint in the Noida region.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and new product launches through collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales and Design teams within the organization.
• Act as the liaison for all promotional and press opportunities. Own the communication with outside agencies, freelancers and the coordination of promotional materials, assets, and ads-both digital and offline.
• Make sure the brand ambassadors-communication and content for promotions are consistent with Malabar Gold goals.

Specific Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Direct Marketing.
• Previous experience with Retail/Jewellery Brands is preferred.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels including, social media, print, and mobile.
• Good English and regional language communication skills.
• self-starter with the ability to produce high-quality work with little to no supervision 
• Have an eye for Marketing and can execute any creative marketing task to meet deadlines.
