Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Be punctual in the work and strictly follow the code of conduct of the company
• Help superiors in sales and follow their instructions
• Give importance for display of items. Handle the ornaments with care
• Learn how to sell and acquire product knowledge
• Learn self billing
• Learn about the items name, making charge, stone charge etc.
• Take initiative to learn the latest trends in the market
• Help superiors in tallying the stocks
• Assist in BTL marketing
• Ensure on the job training in various sections like packing, purchase, cash, Order Repair, sub brands, diamond, silver, scheme, marketing, Charity, customer relation and existing software
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
