Roles and Responsibilities
 

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Malabar Global Centre of Excellence
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g.: coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Responsible for rolling out programs till the managerial level across corporate and regions across India and abroad.
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
• Storyboard course and develop course in authoring tool
• Guide and monitor Test and deploy course on LMS
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
• Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
• Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
• Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
• Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
• Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
• Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.
• Conducting train, the trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness
• Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
