Mangalkar Jewellers Job: Retail Sales Executive at Mangalkar Jewellers - Exclusive Collections

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit. 
• Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements. 
• Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on company's product details .
• To ensure customer delight in each sale.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement. 
• Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment. 
• Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. 
• Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. 
• Assist in BTL marketing.
