Responsibilities:

• Research and develop unique ideas for design projects
• Create technical packs and specification sheets
• Understand the design idea, concept and help deliver on design requirements
• Collaborate with the senior designer and design team to produce the final product.
• Use the best design methods, applications, software and techniques to work on the project
• Overlook the complete sampling process for all design collections / deliverables
• Develop embroidery & prints for the design project as per the requirements
• Visit, coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to source, select and buy fabrics, trims, embellishments etc
• Take on specific tasks to support any other ongoing projects
• Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design or related fields
• 2 years of work experience as a junior designer
• A good portfolio of past design and creative projects
• Expert with design software and editing tools (Adobe,InVision, Corel DRAW, etc)
• Good command over design techniques and visual elements
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Good sportsmanship
• Teamwork skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
