Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in selecting and purchasing jewelry.
• Helping with visual merchandising/restocking as needed
• Working with Store Managers to determine the best means to keep the customers informed and engaged
• Provide information on our current sales and promotions
• Help keep track of how many guests are seen throughout the day
• Provide advice or direct guests to the appropriate sales associate
• Schedule follow-up appointments or calls
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide information about products and services, including pricing and special offers.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience, including answering any questions they may have.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep the store clean and organized according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Greeter or similar role
• Customer service experience a plus
• An understanding of our products and the products of our main competitors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred. 
• Excellent verbal communication skills with an outgoing and friendly demeanor. 
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
