Responsibilities: 

• Manage store operations, including developing sales and customer service strategies, merchandising, inventory management, and staff development. 
• Plan and coordinate store events to drive sales and customer engagement. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners. 
• Monitor financial performance of the store, and ensure cost-effectiveness. 
• Maintain store appearance, ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management or related field.
