PMJ Jewellers Job: Marketing Manager - Hyderabad at PMJ Gems and Jewellers Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities

• Must have a B2C experience. 

• Must be from niche colleges like - IIM, XLRI, Symbiosis, etc. Premier Institute experience is a must. 

• Conceptualize strategies to retain existing new customers and acquire new customers. 

• MUST CARRY AN EXPERIENCE OF ATLEAST FIVE YEARS IN ANY RETAIL SECTOR - PREFERABLY JEWELLERY / HIGH END JEWELLERY / HIGH END PREMIUM RETAIL. 

• Not less than 4 - 7 years of RELEVANT experience. 

• Must be conceptualized / introduced concepts and ideas to execute ""installations"" and BTL Activities differently / more effectively. 

• Preferred from Jewellery / High End Jewellery / High end premium retail segment only. 

• Strategize & Execute short term and long term marketing objectives for the over all brand and individual stores. 

• Take proactive steps to identify/create opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement & retention. 

• Responsible for ensuring every marketing creative adheres to the brand awareness and brand personality. 

• Conceptualize strategies to identify the right target audience and obtain maximum return on investment.
