Responsibilities:

• Design unique and captivating jewellery pieces, including sketches and detailed drawings, using both traditional methods and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing while maintaining the design integrity.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in jewellery design, materials, and techniques to ensure our collections are current and innovative.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer preferences and market demands.
• Participate in quality control processes, ensuring the final product meets the desired specifications and quality standards.
• Provide input on the selection of materials, including gemstones and metals, ensuring they align with design requirements and budget considerations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in jewellery design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, or JewelCAD) is essential.
• Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently on projects.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
