Roles and Responsibilities

• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
• Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Complete Stock Counting & Tallying
• Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up
• Provides outstanding customer service

Required Skills  
 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital platform i.e. Social media & basic computer knowledge
• Able to work with team
• Passion for sales
• 1-3 years of retail sales/jewellery sales experience preferred

Exclusive Product Training with sales communication skills will be provided from the company. 

Qualification: Any Graduate
