• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized, ensuring a visually appealing display of our products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of jewelry products, including gemstones, metals, and designs
• Basic computer skills for handling transactions and maintaining records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
