  • Greet customers and actively engage with them to understand their jewelry preferences, occasion, and budget. Provide knowledgeable guidance and suggest appropriate jewelry options based on their requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry products available in the store, including various types of gemstones, metals, and designs. Stay updated with current trends in the jewelry industry.
  • Utilize your sales skills to promote and sell jewelry items to customers. Demonstrate the features and benefits of different pieces highlight their unique qualities and explain pricing details to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate with customers to create custom-designed jewelry pieces or modify existing items according to their specifications. Coordinate with in-house designers or external vendors to bring their vision to life.
  • Provide advice on jewelry maintenance and care to customers, including cleaning methods and appropriate storage. Coordinate with the store's repair department or external jewelers to facilitate repairs or adjustments for customers' jewelry.
  • Assist with arranging and organizing jewelry displays in an appealing and enticing manner. Ensure that products are presented effectively to enhance their visibility and attract customer attention.
  • Handle administrative duties related to sales, such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate customer records, and managing inventory levels. Use the store's computer systems or software to update customer information and generate sales reports.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, following up on their purchases, and notifying them of upcoming promotions or new jewelry collections. Aim to generate repeat business and referrals.




  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Deep knowledge of various types of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and their characteristics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and
  • understand their preferences.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate jewelry items with care.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate point-of-sale systems and maintain customer records.
  • Patience and diplomacy to handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally.
