 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures 
• Inspect finished goods and raw materials for conformance to established standards 
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality 
• Test products using specialized equipment 
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to management 
• Troubleshoot production problems and suggest solutions 
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards 

• Inspection of fine goods such as diamonds, gemstones, finished jewelry, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction with product quality 
• Conducting inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards 
• Analyzing data from tests to identify issues or areas of improvement 
• Documenting test results and providing feedback to management 
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures 
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations 
• Maintaining accurate records of testing results 
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met 
• Investigating customer complaints related to product quality

 Requirements: 

• Proven experience as quality control technician or similar role 
• Knowledge of quality control standards and testing techniques 
• Working knowledge of MS Office and statistical analysis software (SAP, Minitab, etc.) 
• Excellent communication skills for reporting on results and working with vendors and suppliers 
• Attention to detail and problem
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Previous experience in a quality control role. 
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for quality control.
