Job Description

• Good Knowledge of Accounting.
• Maintaining a Book of accounts.
• Data Entry
• Data Management as per the management
• Banking
• Monthly Salary Disbursement.
• Timely Vendor Payment.
• Receivable follow-up with Sales team/ Client
• Assisting in finalizing the books of account.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors, Company Secretary & Auditor.
• Timely TDS & GST Payment & return filing.
• MIS report as per the management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of TDS & GST
• Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Tally
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
