Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Understand customers’ requirements and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Provide accurate product information and educate customers on the quality, craftsmanship, and value of our jewelry.
• Assist customers with trying on jewelry pieces and provide guidance on styling and accessorizing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the jewelry displays and store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new jewelry collections, and product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
