Responsibilities:

• Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing the showroom operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Support in managing inventory levels, including stock checks and reordering.
• Assist in training and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the presentation of the showroom and displays are maintained to the highest standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Collaborate with the team for promotional activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
