Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage / update / create content writing & blogs for websites – Rose.in and rosethewatchbar.com.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Develop & execute marketing calendar and monitor timelines & effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and bloggers, media houses for shoots & designs.
  • Craft clear product marketing copy.
     

CRM & Operational Duties:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • Design and manage CRM structure that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
  • Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Designing and implementation of Visual Merchandising.
    Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
    Planning and execution of Rose events.
  • Conduct research to analyse customer’s behaviour (e.g. purchasing habits, trends & preferences).
  • Identify and analyse competitors.
  • Customer Database Management.
  • Prepare Forecasts – Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.
  • Foster good teamwork.
  • MIS & Reporting.
