Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential international clients.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to recommend product lines and modifications.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Plan and execute strategies for expanding into new international markets.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage documentation and compliance for export operations.
• Provide insights on competitive positioning and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.
• Creative, with an eye for design and detail.
