Uni Design Jewellery Jobs: PD Officer - Mumbai at Unidesign Jewellery Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new jewellery products from concept through to production.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop product concepts that align with our brand identity and market demand.
• Work with the marketing department to develop strategies for the successful launch and promotion of new products.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure that product designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
• Manage the product development timeline, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Continuously assess the performance of existing products and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in product development, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Strong understanding of jewellery design and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to research and analyze market trends.
• Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is an advantage.
