Responsibilities

- Developing store strategies to increase customer base, store traffic and  improve profitability
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and commit to brand customer metrics
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Make sure team follows the policies and procedures laid out by WHP Management
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits to Waman Hari Pethe leadership team.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and outbeat the competitors.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths for the team
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc) and cut down the attrition rates.
- Additional store manager duties as needed by the management

 

Requirements

- Proven successful experience as a Floor Manager
- Thoda English Communication Skills
- Customer management and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
