Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Should have experience in tele-calling sales or counter sales or showroom sales.
  • Have good knowledge of Jewelry and diamonds.
  • Handling Walk in Customer to make them convince to buy existing Designs.
  • Tele-call to the customer to make them aware about new product and invite them to visit our store.
  • Tele-call to the customer to make sale over call
  • Dealing with incoming email, chats and calls.
  • Correspond on behalf of the management.
  • Create sales material to present to customers.
  • Understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them proper solution.
  • Have good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi / English Languages).
  • Have some experience in a similar role.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Excel.


 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Experience: Min. 1 Year in sales
  • Qualification: Min 12th Pass
