Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the MENA region.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
• Manage and update customer information using CRM systems.
• Analyze sales data to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Organize and maintain sales records and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Proficient in Arabic and English language; written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM role, preferably with exposure to the MENA market.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and database management.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive approach with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Arabic speaking is a huge plus
