Job Profile
- Assess local market to implement a proactive & effective strategy to target & acquire HNI clients. Drive btq sales team in the field towards new business initiatives both within & outside btq environment.
- Assess potential & propose developmental opportunities in partnership with Btq, CRM & other corporate departments.
- Demonstrate expertise in customer base by having knowledge of top customers.
- To consistently interact / engage with Zoya customers / New Customers & devise tailor made programs to constantly delight them.
- To understand & conceive optimal methods/media/channels to communicate to the TG
- Act / coach as role model for sales associates by exhibiting the highest customer service standards.
- Drive Be-spoke as a key differentiator for the brand & as a business model.
Key Deliverables
- Deliver on business goals of sales.
- New Customers – Seed + Revenue Generated.

- Be-Spoke - Revenue
- Exceptional customer experiences.
- Co-ordinate special orders to meet customer requests.
Right Person
● Evolved / Exposed (Must be well travelled to be aware & well read)
● Age 30 plus.
● Prior experience in jewellery will be given preference.
(Specifically the ones who have the experience with
international jewellery businesses & wish to return).
● Possess a full understanding of the marketplace & client
demographic.
● High degree of customer focus & business acumen.
● Exceptional People skills / behavioral skills.
